Your property will also be placed on Coldwellbanker.com and Floridamoves.com. Over 70% of homebuyers start their home search on the Internet. 2. Buyer’s Guide Homes Magazine-Your property will be advertised in our buyer’s guide magazine, which is available at over 1,600 locations including most Publix stores in South Florida. 3. Your Own Hotline-I will record a message featuring the highlights of your house for potential home buyers to call 24 hours a day, hassle free to get more information about your property. 4. Your Property Advertised in 11 Languages-I will place your property on IMMOBEL.COM; it will be promoted in 11 languages across South America and Europe on this web site. 5. Direct Mail to your neighborhood-I will mail a Full Color brochure promoting your property to every home in your neighborhood; the friends and relatives of your neighbors are top prospects for your home. 6. Easy Communications with me-I offer my direct line, which is forwarded to my cell phone, in all of my marketing. I usually have it on 9:00 to 9:00 every week day and 10:00 to 6:00 on Saturday and 12:00 to 5:00 on Sunday. I believe my business like a owning a store, if the store is not open a sale can’t be made, therefore if someone is interested in a property I have listed they, will be able to talk to me right away. 7. There are literally dozens of things that can cause a real estate transaction to fall apart. If the agent is not experienced in having closed hundreds of transactions, and having the hands on experience in this area, this could cause a fall out at the last minute. 20. Recommended Improvements-I will recommend what items need to be repaired or cleaned up to ensure a fast sale of your property. 21.
