There are three easy steps to getting your evaluation... and I can do with you e-mailing that information directly to us. First of all, I'll need some basic information about your property. Second, I 'll go to work and prepare an evaluation of the market activity in your area for houses or condos like yours showing the asking price, the selling price and the time on the market for each of the homes to give you an approximate range for pricing your home. When I've completed your evaluation, I 'll mail a copy of the report to you. After you've read it over, I'll be available by phone to review the evaluation with you and answer any questions you might have. The Over-The-Phone evaluation is an easy way for you to get an idea of what your house or condominium might sell for in today's market. Now, to get started, here's the information I need: 1. Tell me your name, home address, best telephone numbers to reach you and an e-mail address if you have one. 2. Please give me the address for the property if you don't live in that particular home 3. I need to know the approximate square footage of your condo or house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condo fees and real estate taxes and any other special features of the home you feel might be important for me to know in preparing the evaluation 4. Include information about any upgrades you might have done since moving in 5. If it's a house, tell me how many stories it is, how new are the air conditioning, and roof and whether or not you have covered parking All set?
